Accompanying Files

The supporting electronic files are organized by each set of tests. Each of the test-set-specific file folders is further subdivided by separate subfolders for normative files and informative files. Normative files include weather data, output report templates, and equipment performance data (for those test cases that apply such data). Informative files include example results, example entries for documentation reports, and other supporting information.

The following bullet items indicate the contents of the accompanying files for each test suite. All files are included with the "Download 140-2023 Supplemental Files" link at the bottom of this page.

With the 140-2023 continuous maintenance revision the electronic data files have been modified from Standard 140-2020 as follows.

Folder and file names have been modified to match the new section numbering
Files added by Standard 140-2020 Addendum A are included in folder “Std140_WD_Files”.
The content of all other files did not change, other than to update headers to “140-2023” and update section numbering, or for other editorial revisions.

The file Standard140-2023_SectionSourceMap.pdf includes an informative table documenting editorial (non-substantive) reorganization of Standard 140 and its section numbering, going from 140-2020 to 140-2023.
